- The Benchmarx are a rock group settled in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. What started as 5 random expatriates rocking in a studio once a week turned into a global rocking phenomenon that has seen them touring through 5 countries (through one form or another). They are currently working on their second album and are all about the animals. The Benchmarx are (were): Steve "the buzz" Northcott, Erik "Herr Direktor" Richardson, Gary "the Glove" Blanton, David "ACE" Ross, Kenny "the REAL JD" Peavy, Bill "Monsta" Madden, and Eric "T.I.C.K" Beck.
